I am completely new, but I have very carefully followed the videos on the Apple site and the tutorial on the Ansca site showing how to install the dev profiles for iOS. I am trying to build an iPad app and they two profiles show up as "(not installed)". What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, I know there was a long thread, but the answers seemed to be "turn it off and on again" - that is definately not working here and creating a new profile has not helped. The certificate is only 1 hr old!
