Hi together at ansca,

i have looked through this feature request forum and didn't find any request like mine. If there was one duplicate already, plese feel free to delete this one.

I just started betatesting a game that is written with Unity and was surprised to see, that they wrote browser plugins themselves (http://unity3d.com/webplayer/ if someone wants to have an inspiring ;-) look) that let the developers set the target to "web".

I would love to have the option of exporting Corona projects to standard webbrowsers, so the possible number of supported devices would increase instantly a lot.

Cheers

Jens

If Ansca does implement something like this, it would be far better if the Web app output did not require a plug-in. I imagine it would be difficult to convert to HTML5, but it would be a superior option to a plug-in. I believe that Unity is making use of Google's Native Client to allow Unity apps to run in Chrome without a plug-in.
