Can't use SDK since i purchased licence

Hi,

I've purchased a licence on Jul 31 but my SDK is still not activated... on my account information, my order status is completed...
On my computer : When i click on Already purchased, a message is displayed telling me that my account is a trial one.

So i tried to deauthorize my computer and re authorize (in order to check if my account was correct) and now i can't log in and the message is :
"You are already using this software on another computer. Please deauthorize the other computer before logging in on this computer. Or click Purchase to work on multiple computers".
I've got only one mac computer...

Hi,
I downloaded the free trial, then several days later bought the Game SDK. But when I try to start the simulator I get "Thank you for trying corona. You have XX days left in your trial....." When I click already Purchased it tells me I have not purchased the product yet.

Can you try clearing your preferences and re-authenticating?
Just trash /Users/$USERNAME/Library/Preferences/com.anscamobile.*
