Are you connected? Corona requires an online connection during installation, as well as when you build for device.

Does this still occur?

Hi, I can login to the web but cannot start the SDK. It says "Could not verify account information" from the developer login. What's wrong?

Thanks

There is an email that gets sent out to verify that *you* are the person who downloaded it.

You need to click on that email to verify your information. Sometimes, the email gets caught on spam. So check your spam folder.

Thanks carlos. However I've done the verification step. Initially I tried to use my email account that is working fine with my Windows Corona SDK. It did not work so I tried to register with another email address. Again it did not work. So I'm not sure what's wrong. Mine is the latest MacBook Pro running on Intel i7, I'm not sure whether it is related though.

delete your prefs files that start with com.anscambile.

quit corona
goto users/library/prefernces/

there should be one to three files that start with com.anscamobile

delete all of them (up to three)

relaunch corona
enter your credentials
should work

Hi Carlos, I tried and found 1 file inside the folder that you mentioned. Deleted and tried restarting Corona but same error. Any other idea why it doesn't work?
