Hello,

I always get the message "Could not obtain application identifier" when I try to build for a device. I am using the new Beta on Snow Leopard.
I already deleted all certificates and followed the instructions twice but with no luck.
Is there anything I am missing?
Does it matter that my emailadresses for Corona and Apple doesn't match?

Best,
Patrick.

Could someone from the ANSCA staff please let me know if the email used for the apple developer account has to be the same as the one used for the corona account?

Thanks in advance,
Patrick.

Another question targeting the same issue:
Is it possible to develop with more than one AppStore account using one Corona license (on one mac) or do you need to buy several corona licenses one for each AppStore account?

A quick response is highly appreciated.

Best,
Patrick.

Patrick

Escalating this issue and I will get back to you asap.

Could you send me some screenshots of what is going on?

In regards to AppStore accounts, you can use as many app store accounts as you want with one copy of Corona. I have like 8 certificates that I use with Corona to test and install on other's people devices using their certificates and accounts.

The problem was solved by carlos.
Here is the solution just in case someone else runs into it:

Instead of giving your application a name like

com.yourdomain.applicationname

you have to use
comyourdomainapplicationname

I hope that this post might be helpfull to someone.

Uh.

actually, it is if you had "-" in the name

com.yourdomain.appName is valid.

com.yourdomain.app-Name is not valid.

Hi Carlos,
do you use all 8 certificates under 1 account? (I mean login on your computer). I guess you do, but I want to be sure before I do the same :)

Thanks,
Petr
